Note: Today’s email was not written by me, but by a brilliant guy called Mitch Miller who is on a very special mission for one of his employees.

Specifically for the employee’s 3 year old daughter.

This is personal. And I need your help.

A little girl’s future is on the line.

Imagine being three years old and not knowing what music sounds like, what laughter sounds like, or what your mother and father’s voices sound like when they say “I love you”.

Tiara is the 3 year old daughter of our employee Dexter and she was born with profound hearing loss.

She still can’t speak…

Unfortunately the window is closing fast. If she doesn’t get a cochlear implant before she turns 4, she may never develop the ability to speak or have a happy social life.

Four years old is the critical moment where if she doesn’t receive a cochlear implant, the ability to develop natural speech is gone.

I refuse to believe that her fate is to grow up like this

Her family has exhausted everything they have. They’ve paid for specialists, battled through surgeries, and even repaired 3 holes in her heart she was born with.

This is where I’m stepping in.

Not only am I personally putting up $10,000… I’m coming out of teaching retirement.

To raise the remaining $30,000 needed for her surgery in April, I’m hosting a pair of one-time-only training workshops this March for 150 people.

It’s only $200 per person, and 100% of sales will go toward funding her cochlear implant and surgery.
