Then you're an email copywriter. (Well, a beginner copywriter, but one who has EVERYTHING you need to improve as fast as possible without paying for anything and without access to a mentor) Got an idea you want to test? Send an email. Got a thing you want to sell? Send an email. Got a technique you want to practice? Send an email. Heck, send a LOT of them until you that technique finds its way into your working habits. Seriously ma' dudes and dudettes... Why do you think this email list is called The Copywriting Playground? 'case it was started with the express purpose of noodling around and giving myself a 'sandbox'. And honestly I've never had more fun writing copy, than when I'm writing to you. Running your own email list gives you first-hand experience with testing copy, with the research, checklists and processes you need to keep improving based on data. Running your own email list lets you experience how small a percentage of your customers drive all your revenue and how much it pays off to just keep appeasing THOSE people. Running your own list gives you experience developing offers. Running your own list gives you experience writing sales letters, upsells and follow up sequences.
